Jock Itch Bumps Scrotum

For the love of god please tell me it's jock itch with blisters and not herpes PLEASE : r/STD Stressed out. I'm always itching my testicles and these bumps have grown. Trying out a cream called ring guard but it provides momentary relief. Haven't felt this bad and distracted in ages. is this jock itch? i got it last week, balls were just kinda itchy then one day i went to school and started sweating a lot, once i got home my balls Jock Itch Bumps Scrotum
